The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and had great English. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious foods. The room was lovely and had a comfortable bed. The hotel had a fitness center with 24-hour access. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation.

During our Xmas stay, we were kinda surprised by the spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds and modern, stylish bathrooms. The hotel's public areas were well designed and appealing, adding to the overall comfortable atmosphere. the service we received from the staff was pleasant, helpful, and efficient.

There were a few aspects that we didn't fully enjoy. the cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations, with broken flush and an unclean toilet.

We stayed at this hotel and loved it. It was located just outside the usual tourist area, which was great as it was in a very central area, easily accessible by metro. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any concerns. The room amenities were fantastic and we especially appreciated the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. The buffet breakfast had a great variety with fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and bacon. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
